Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore hosted a Perrier-Jouët Champagne “Beauting” Dinner at its Pavilion, with some 60 Golden Circle Diamond members and their guests in attendance. The spectacular event featured a tailor-made six-course menu prepared by the hotel’s Executive Chef Franco Brodini using the “Beauting by Perrier-Jouët” concept to reinvent gastronomy around the aromatic palette of its cuvees.
The event garnered raving reviews from guests, with one particular member saying, “We thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding food by Franco, the incredible Perrier-Jouët Champagnes and, most of all, the wonderful company at our table. Perhaps, it was the champagne, but I think we did all escape to Paris last night!”
