Delightful wine dinner at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian
Golden Circle members were treated to an exclusive wine dinner on 30 November 2012 at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian, where Kerry Wines welcomed special guest Thibault Delpech, chief representative of Champagne Lallier, Château Camensac and Château Chasse Spleen . Guests enjoyed a tasting journey complemented with a great jazz band and executive chef Nicholas Blair’s menu created especially for the occasion showcasing dishes of roasted duck breast with winter mushroom marmalade and balontine of snow beef with poached brisket.
Guests were treated to an array of superb wines during the cocktail party and wine pairing dinner. A highlight of the evening was the lucky draw where two Golden Circle members were fortunate enough to take home a bottle of Lallier Blanc de Blancs NV and Lallier Rosé NV as a special keepsake of the event.
