Golden Circle members enjoyed an indulgent evening on 5 March 2013 at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong’s Alsace Room at Petrus Restaurant with an exclusive dinner showcasing classic French cuisine prepared by the restaurant’s celebrated chef, Frederic Chabbert. The gastronomic delights were paired with rare Perrier-Jouët champagnes and a preview of Qeelin’s latest jewellery collection.
The event kicked off with welcome cocktails and canapés before brand ambassadors, Xavier Beysecker, managing director of Pernod, and Alice Lopin, head of global sales and marketing of Qeelin, provided fascinating insight on the latest industry developments. Menu highlights included Chioggia beetroot carpaccio, seared foie gras and beef tenderloin. Guests also received goodie bags with exclusive keepsakes from the special evening.
