Shang Palace at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong Turns Over New Leaf
The Michelin two-star Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong turns over a new leaf with its recent refurbishment and added a new dimension to its cuisine from 5 September 2012.
New facilities have been added to the expanded restaurant, including a dedicated wine cellar housing more than 550 French, Italian and New World wines, a grand private dining room and three additional private dining rooms. The rejuvenated décor, setting and chinaware offer guests a luxurious yet comfortable dining experience.
With Executive Chinese Chef Mok Kit Keung at the helm, Shang Palace earned two Michelin stars in the 2012 edition of the Michelin Guide, showcasing contemporary interpretations of Cantonese classics. The new à la carte menu includes over 50 new dishes and six new private dining menus. A range of speciality teas will be showcased to enhance the dining experience.
