S.T.A.Y. by French Chef Yannick Alléno explores French cuisine in a fun, interactive setting at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing
S.T.A.Y. (Simple Table Alléno Yannick) by French Chef Yannick Alléno opened at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing adding a breath of fresh air to the city’s culinary scene with innovative, playful French cuisine. With a total of five Michelin stars for two of his restaurants, Chef Alléno serves French classics with a twist in the Main dining room, Communal Table and Pastry Library.
The restaurant’s main dining room features a warm, intimate environment with cosy nooks, while the Communal Table is conducive to family style sharing, and the Pastry Library allows diners to create their own desserts by adding the finishing touches to cakes, pastries and tarts.
To celebrate spring, S.T.A.Y. has launched a new à la carte menu that includes smoked eel and beetroot terrine; artichoke and black truffle soup and Meurette-style seared scallops. Combining new elements with favourites from the original menu, S.T.A.Y. offers an exciting tour of French haute cuisine.
