Wining and dining Golden Circle Diamond members
In early December, Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing held a wine dinner with a special four course menu created by three Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alleno from France at S.T.A.Y. restaurant (Simple Table Alleno Yannick) for Golden Circle members. Chef Yannick takes on French classics with a twist through the clever play of simple ingredients into refined dishes with innovative presentation. The culinary journey featured an impressive wine collection from Perrin et Fils winery, a member of the prestigious Primum Familiae Vini, an international association limited to a maximum of 12 wine families. Members enjoyed the spectacular evening showcasing outstanding gastronomy and wine. As always, the unique culinary experience of S.T.A.Y. ensures that our distinguished diners long to do just that.
